SN74AUC2G66: What does Ron.peak mean?

Part Number: SN74AUC2G66

Hi Team,

Customer has questions regarding Ron spec of SN74AUC2G66. Can you help comment?

(1) Can you help elaborate more on peak on resistance? What condition and circuit configuration can make Ron become such high value?

I'm checking Understanding and Interpreting Standard-Logic Data Sheets (Rev. C), but I do not see any clear clue.

(2) Does ibis model reflect Ron? If not, does it reflect Ron.peak?

(3) It looks delta Ron indicates the difference in Ron between N-FET and P-FET in SPST switch. Is my understanding correct?

(4) Ta is specified -40~85 degC. Can you also let me know Tj range of this device?

Thanks a lot,

Ella
