What is the maximum frequency this switch can work with. Specifically we want to use this for the 100MHZ Flash interface switching over, is there any concern we should be care of? Thanks.

Hey George,
Looks like the product page has the bandwidth listed at 200MHz. I know this isn't in the datasheet though but given that the RON is low (depending on the current draw) and the C(off) is 8pF, we can estimate that the C(on) is roughly 20pF (2xC(off) + some extra stray capacitance from an increase of conductor size when the device is turned on. Using this, we'll see that the 3xRC constant (the limiting factor on bandwidth where 3xRC allows for room for the waveform to get close to max and min values) should provide plenty of room here for the 100MHz waveform. So no real concerns to note here
Thanks,
Rami
Thank you Rami for the feedback. Actually, our application requires maximum 200MHZ frequency, do you have any recommendation from TI product can do 2:2 (4 bit or 8 bit) switching in that speed?
