We have a query regarding Manufacturer Product Number : TMUX1511RSVR. For this part, can the unused source pins be sorted together and be connected to ground?
Can that be done for unused drain pins also?

I have few more queries here.
1. In our case the frequency of operation is 50MHz. In this scenario can we leave the unused source & drain pins as floating?
2. And for 50MHz frequency of operation, is it an issue if we directly short those unused source and drain pins to GND i.e. without any resistor?
Hello,
At 50MHz, I would not think there would be any significant effects that would impact your application (such as crosstalk or reflections from these floating pins at that frequency). Of course, we will recommend that if you want the best possible performance to GND those unused pins through 50 ohm resistors.
There is no issue with tying directly to GND, but at higher frequencies this would not necessarily prevent reflections from occurring. Again, since this is pretty low frequency, I do no think these concerns are going to have any measureable impact on the application and it should be OK to do so as long as there is no possibility of any other high frequency noise that can be coupled to these pins.
Thanks!
