for TMUX8212PWR , it is 4 channel (10V~100V) SPST switch,

Does TI have 1 channel (10V~80V) SPST switch and smaller package product  ?

    These high-voltage switches (TMUX8108/TMUX8109/TMUX8212) exist only in a 16-pin package.

    The TPS4811-Q1 is a 80 V high-side switch driver. It might be easier to just use a discrete MOSFET.

    Hi Arang,

    For this application the TMUX8212 would be your single channel solution, but this would still be the larger 16-pin package. As an alternative, is using a discrete MOSFET solution applicable in your application?
