TMUX1574: Can VDD=1.8V Work?

Hi there,

Currently, our design is not working.

May I know if you can help check where the problem is?

The powers in our design are all 1.8V (processor, MUX, devices..)

However, the links are not up. (Device #1 is a SPI ROM)

Everything works fine if we bypass the TMUX1574.

In theory, this should work.

Can you show oscilloscope trace of the D and S signals? Or at least check the resistance over the switch?

Hey Holton,

I'm not seeing anything either that would cause an issue here. Can you go in more detail what you mean by the design isn't working? Some oscilloscope shots before after the mux (S and D as clemens mentions too) would be useful.
