Schematic looks fine! Just to double check though, what is the frequency of the PWM signals? BW for this device is approximately 40MHz, so I suspect it should be fine but looking for confirmation.
Additionally, just a note on the design, make sure that those bypass capacitors (C401,402,403,404) are as close to the device as possible. C401 and C402 look to be drawn on the S1 side as a load. This may not be representative of how it will look on the board but just make sure they're placed closer to the VSS pin to ensure that the supply is stable as possible.
