Hello,
My customer is looking for -SP or -SEP grade analog switches working at +/-5V supplies.
Does TI have any RTMed devices or roadmap devices?
Best regards,
K.Hirano

Hello Hirano-san,
Please take a look at the following device:
This is the only SEP rated load switch available that I'm aware of. I'll move this thread to the proper team so they may comment if any others are available.

Hi Hirano-san,
As Kalin mentioned, the TPS7H2221-SEP is the only -SEP load switch at this time.
For full QML parts, there is also the TPS7H2201-SP and the TPS7H2211-SP. Both of these devices are also suitable for 5V supplies.
This table can be referenced for easy comparison of the devices: https://www.ti.com/power-management/power-switches/products.html#p238max=-36;100&p1498=Space
Thanks,
Sarah
Hirano-san,
I am the PME for the space power parts, we have the TPS7H2221-SEP already RTMed and all the information is on ti.com. We will APL three more -SEP power switches this year, the TPS7H2201-SEP, the TPS7H2211-SEP and the TPS7H2140-SEP. I will forward you our latest -SEP roadmap via email.
Regards,
Kurt
Thank you all for responding to my question.
But wat my customer is looking for is not a rad switch for power rails.
They are looking for analog switches for high frequency signals.
Does TI have any RTMed devices or roadmap devices?
