We are trying to use TS5A3357 to switch between two digital voltage output.
NO0 - Gives 3.3V out.
NO1 and NO2 - are switched at 10MHz by keeping IN2 high and IN1 switching at 10MHz.
NO1 is supplied with 3.3V output from LM321 buffer.
When we try to switch between NO1 and NO2, we see loading on NO1 line and this line also switching.
COM PIN Probe
NO1 PIN PROBE
Not sure what is happening. I have attached input and output waveforms for reference. ? Do you have any idea why this strategy is not working ?
Hey Altharva,
I'm not seeing anything that stands out as causing this. The ringing is interesting. How long are the cables/routing for the output of the mux?
Could you try putting a DC signal on the NO1 probe and switching between NO1 and NO2 and seeing what the output looks like? I'm looking to see here if we can properly switch between the two or if maybe there's some shorting between the NO1 path and NO2 path that is causing this.
Thanks,
Rami
