TMUX1134: On/Off Capacitance

Hello,

In the datasheet the capacitance for ON and OFF states has been specified by C_SOFF, C_DOFF, C_SON, and C_DON for 1 MHz. 

How can I get more data and these capacitance values for frequencies lower than 1 kHz. Is there such a data or is there anyway that I can have it.

The only model I found for this part is .IBIS model which does not have this data.

    Hello Madjid,

    Welcome to the forum! 

    So capacitance values such as C_SOFF, C_DOFF, C_SON, and C_DON don't change with frequency. Since Capacitance is calculated as C=Q/V - the charge stored on  a capacitor per unit voltage, you can expect to have the same values here across the bandwidth that this device supports. You may get natural variation within a couple pF of the spec'd value as these are typical values, but as mentioned the datasheet values are applicable across the whole bandwidth range of the device.
