SN74CB3T1G125-Q1: single bit switch SC-70-5 SMD 3.3V

Part Number: SN74CB3T1G125-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC1G07, SN74CBTLV1G125

Hi

It is recommended that the following output is open drain IC SC70-5 SMD 3.3V
Or a single bit switch with OE# pin SC70-5 IC?

  • This is a passive switch; it does not make sense to call it "open drain". Do you need a switch or a buffer (like the SN74LVC1G07)? What is the actual problem you're trying to solve?

    Do you need AEC-Q100 qualification?

  • Hi Gareth,

Similar to Clemens's question - Can you provide some more details on what your application use is here? This can give us some more information to provide the correct part.

    Thanks!

    Alex

  • Hi Alex

The customer is looking for a single switch with the following p2p but not buffer, because both sides may pull low at the same time, when the right side wants to pull low, if the left side is high, it cannot be pulled down You can also recommend without p2p, thank you

  • Hey Gareth,

Is a SPST (1:1 switch) like the SN74CBTLV1G125 what you're looking for here? What are frequencies and use case here?
There is also an automotive version of this device I listed above.

    Thanks,
    Rami
