SN74CBTLV3253: rising time and falling time spec check

We unfortunately do not specify this in our datasheets. Is there a specific rising time and falling time that you're concerned about here?

The input pins and output enable pin limitations are specified as timing parameters in the nanosecond range as shown in SN74CBTLV3253 datasheet section below:

S0 and S1 are digital inputs. Do they have a Δt/Δv limit, or are they Schmitt-trigger inputs?

S0 and S1 are not Schmitt-trigger inputs here. We can expect a small hysteresis window, but there is likely a small Δt/Δv limit. Unfortunately, it is not spec'd for this device.
