One of our Engineers has a question about the SN74CB3T3306DCUR. Would you please review and clarify?

 Questions:

  1. What is max ON-state resistance (ron) over operating free-air temperature range with Vcc = 3 V, Vi = 0.8 V?
  2. What is max ON-state resistance (ron) over operating free-air temperature range with Vcc = 3 V, Vi = 2 V?
  3. What is min VOH over operating free-air temperature range with Vcc = 2.3 V to 3.6 V, Vi = 2 V?
    For this question a plot of VCC versus VOH is preferred?
  4. Questions above essentially target LVTTL Input/Output use cases when driven or received through the SN74CB3T3306 FET switch.
  5. What is the Maximum VT for this device, VT is mentioned in the DS but no data is provided.

    For points 1 and 2 we only have Ron data for Vcc=3V, Vi=0V in the datasheet. Since this is an older device, we don't have models for other Vi levels. I suggest running this device through a simulation to model what the Ron looks like, though I suspect it to remain close to what is in the datasheet ~7Ohms. 

    For point 3 we are looking at something similar to above - we only have a model for this scenario at Vi=5.5V in the datasheet. Modeling other levels of Vi here is the recommended path if you need to see what VOH looks like across different levels of Vi. 

    For point 5, VT+/- is defined as VIL/VIH respectively which can be found in the datasheet.
