TS3L501E: Support for negative Ethernet signals

Part Number: TS3L501E
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TS5L100

This is related to my other post below:

https://e2e.ti.com/support/switches-multiplexers-group/switches-multiplexers/f/switches-multiplexers-forum/1200168/ts3a27518e-ts3a27518ertwr-for-switching-gigabit-network-signals/4528469?tisearch=e2e-sitesearch&keymatch=%252520user%25253A487458#4528469

The thread gave me some hope but some other related posts mentions that the IC doesn't support negative voltage levels. Since the Ethernet LAN signals contains both + and -ive levels, how the circuit mentioned in the above thread gonna work! Any suggestions on how to multiplex ethernet signals?

Thanks
