May I know if there is any data for the leakage current of SN74LVC1G66QDCKRQ1 in high humidity environment?

Is there any humidity test performed and can you share the test report?

    Hi Ethan,

    We do not specify the operating RH or related humidity specs for devices, but we do provide the qualification information and conditions used - HAST (highly accelerated stress test) in this case. During these tests the product is subjected to stringent Humidity/Pressure/Temperature per JEDEC specification and AEC-Q100 specification for automotive qualified devices. The stress conditions are listed in the qualification summary.
