We use TMUX1574PW item.

Does it matter if the IO voltage input from the MUX IC is different?

Below Picture is Possible?

S1_A - 1.8V

S1_B - 3.3V

Analog switches can handle analog signals. For most switches, as long as the supply is not lower than the signal, this is no problem. The TMUX1574 allows even higher signal voltages; see the datasheet.

I have question.

In our design, Supply voltage and Signal voltage are same. Is it possible?

As I know, in your document, if 3V powered, Signal range is 0V ~5.5V.

Yes, this is possible. (The TMUIX1574 allows even larger signal voltages than other switches.)
