TMUX136: Frequency range of internal charge pump and spurs

Hi, would like to know at which frequency the charge pump runs and are there any spectrum plots available showing what kind of spurs it creates. Asking as considering if this can be used to switch between external clock or crystal (32MHz) on test board. Or are there better muxes suitable for switching between crystal (low cap + reasonably low ron)?

    Hey Esa, 

    The clock for the TMUX136 is a sub 1MHz clock. I believe this shouldn't be an issue given the clock but for some other option without the pump, depending on where you draw the line for 'reasonably low' but the TMUX154E may work here (6ohm, 7.5pF, 900MHz BW) or the TS5A9411 (10ohm, 8.5pF, 100MHz BW) are non-charge pump solutions as well.
