This device is a passive switch; the I/Os are not buffered. The ISIS model contains information about the voltage/current characteristics (i.e., the on-resistance) of the transmission gate.

I do not know if this software supports this kind of information.

Hi Hailiang,

As Clemens mentioned, this is a passive switch. As such the I/O's are not buffered. Please see this thread for more information.
