Hello,

Please help us to identify Drain-Source current capability of this device TMUX8212 for a 125ns very short high voltage pulse ?

Datasheet on chapter 7.5 give a max current of 370mA (25°C) for one channel and 1ms pulse duration.

Which max current for 125ns ?
