Good morning, would be possible to know the value of the resistance junction to board of the following part numbers:

- CD74HC4067M

- TPS2834PWP

- SN74AHC74PWR

I was not able to find it in the datasheet.

Hello Claudio,

I am on the HPD team for the TPS2834. Unfortunately, we did not specify the junction to board thermal resistance for this part. I found the RθJB of another part in the same package to be 7.4 C/W, but that could be different from this device. It will probably be fairly close though. I can put a request for that device to be modelled, but that will take multiple weeks. Do you think you will need that more accurate number or will the estimate be close enough for you?

I have already put in a thermal request to get this data back. Turn around time for this is around 2 weeks. I will update on this thread when I have this information.
