Hi there,

I'm planning to use the component as a reset switch for an integrator stage opamp.

The max voltage on the integrator capacitor is 3.3V, C=20n, and the reset integrator that is in series to the switch ON path is R=20Ohm. Now I have two questions:

  1. What is the on-state resistance @3.3V supply?
  2. What is the peak current rating for the switch? The tau ~0.4us, at which the current will be 3.3/20=0.132 (without the reset switch on-resistance)
