TS3A4751: Is there a mux like TS3A4751 in a smaller package and with >8kV HBM ESD protection?

I cannot find a quad switch like

2mm x 2mm, +/-4kV ESD HBM:

but with >=+/-8kV HBM ESD protection

 

There is no space for a 2nd protection IC

Can you help, please?

    Hello Adam,

    I believe a potential solution for your customer could be using 4x TS5A12301E. This device has similar functionality to your customer design. It has an 8kv hbm esd protection. The total area of the devices together would be about 3.52mm^2. However the main concern would be the arrangement of all four multiplexer in the customer layout.  For the solution below I believe you would need to leave the NO pins of each device floating to get the 1:1 functionality of each device.

    Another potential solution could be using 2x TS3USB31E which would equal 4.5 mm^2. Also the layout with these devices will be easier.
