TMUX6122: Ultra Low Leakage Switch or Mux Selection

Hi TI,

I am looking for a low leakage analog switch or MUX, while the description of TMUX612x, TMUX6136, and TMUX6119 caught my eyes with the text "0.5 pA On-State leakage current".

However, the specification table in the datasheet says 10 pA typical for drain on leakage current for TMUX612x & TMUX6119, see below.

TMUX6136 is a bit better at 8 pA typical, but still nowhere near the advertised 0.5 pA.

Hello Chia,

I will investigate this further with my team. But for now please go under the assumption that Is and Id off spec should be 5 pico amps. Please allow my team time to further look into this issue. Thanks!

Hello Chia,

After our investigation we have determined the datasheet should read 5pa next to the low input leakage on the data sheet.

However it will take us some time to change this on the datasheet.
