 The time delay from OE to the switch turning on and off is vital in my application. Could you please send me a spice model for your SN74CB3Q3306A. My simulators (incl. TINA-TI and TI-PSpice) do not support IBIS. Thanks.

    The IBIS model does not contain such information.

    The Spice model, if it existed, would be created based on the datasheet parameters. So I doubt it would be helpful.

    The datasheet specifies a worst case of 5.5 ns / 6.5 ns. Is this not enough for you?
