SN74CBT3861: Device marking

Hi Jeff,

The topside markings on a device typically entail information about the device package, where it was manufactured, and when it was manufactured, though the manufacturing information is reserved for internal use only. Additionally, the G4 indicates that the device was "Lead Free" or "Green", but all of our switches & multiplexers meet these standards. There is no difference between a device labeled with an E4/G4/G3 suffix and one without the label.
