I have confirmed that the footprint data is available on the website. However, I couldn't load it with the CAD released by Zuken.
Where can I get information on footprint data that can be loaded in CAD released by Zuken?

I was looking in to the cad zuken files and found this import guide.

It has step by step instructions going over how to import the footprint data into cad

Thank you for your reply and sorry for the late reply.

I followed the steps you sent me, but it didn't work. However I found an application note on DGV (20).

Thin Very Small-Outline Package (SCBA009E)

I hope it will be reflected in the datasheet as well.
