Do you use Ni as the undercoat for TS5A63157DBVR products whose lead finish material is Sn?
Also, is the outermost layer plating thickness 10 μm or more, or less than 10 μm?

As shown in the material content report (ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=TS5A63157DBVR, select the second assembly site), the lead frame plating is 100 % tin.

and please teach me that outermost the layer plating thickness 10μm more or less than 10μm.

1.Yes you are correct that there is an orderable part for this device that is 100% TIN and Not NI.

2. However I will update this post when I find out what the layer plating thickness is for this device with sn finish.
