Also, is the outermost layer plating thickness 10 μm or more, or less than 10 μm?

As shown in the material content report (ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=TS5A63157DBVR, select the second assembly site), the lead frame plating is 100 % tin.

1.Yes you are correct that there is an orderable part for this device that is 100% TIN and Not NI.
2. However I will update this post when I find out what the layer plating thickness is for this device with sn finish.
