    Hi Kengo,

    TI typically doesn't provide minimum specifications for Ron parameters because most customers desire lower on-state resistance devices. May I ask why you're inquiring about minimum Ron? What is connected to the switch that requires the minimum value for on-state resistance? Typically lower Ron is not a problem. We only spec typical and maximum as these are the limiting factors for a design for which designs are built around as worst case scenarios. 

    Have you seen a competitor device that specifies a minimum on-state resistance?
