TS5A3359: To high current consumption. Why?

Part Number: TS5A3359
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUX1511

I'm designing low power device (powered from 4-20mA loop). I have 2x of TS5A3359, powered of +5V to GND rail. And two of these takes around 6mA current.

They are in static state: IN1 IN2 are not changing.

I've replaced them with brand new ones - nothing better.

According to datasheet TS5A3359 should take up 1.2uA.

actually one is taking 2.5mA and another 4.7mA

Here is part of schematic:

Crossed components are removed to find where current leaks.

Why this is taking so much current?
