Customer will only select once. If no selection is made, will there be any delay in the operation between Source and Drain? Or only resistance of 3 ohms?

Hi Isee,
The delay can be approximated using the formulation in the following FAQ: [FAQ] How do I Approximate Propagation Delay and Channel to Channel Skew in an Analog Switch/Multiplexer?
So for a 5V supply case we can use the following info to obtain the delay
TMUX1248 at 5V supply with an RC load of RL = 50Ω and CL = 20pF. At 5V, the typical on resistance is 3Ω, While the on capacitance is 23pF. So, the loading capacitor is going to be 20pF + 23pF and the RTH is going to 3 Ohms (typical) because RON << RL. This gives an approximate propagation delay of 129ps. 3 x (20pf + 23pf)

Alex
