Hello team,

Is it possible to use TS5A23157-Q1 as 2ch SPST switch, to control one more slave device to the working I2C bus line(master, slave1, slave2)?

(FYI - SN74LVC2G66-Q1 can’t use because of not supporting roughed L/F.)

If it’s possible, can you let me know how to terminate the unused port at the I2C switch off?

It is possible to disconnect I²C bus segments with an analog switch. No termination is necessary.

Each bus segment needs pull-up resistors to prevent the signal lines from floating. If there is no master in a segment, the resistors can be very weak (100 kΩ or so).

This will work, but the right 100 kΩ resistor is not necessary. (There is no device connected to that pin, so it does not matter whether that pin is floating.)
