TS5A2066: No high impedance without VCC

Hello,

I am using the TS5A2066 in my design, but I need high impedance on its outputs when there is no Vcc (device OFF). This device partially provides the input voltage when not powered.

Is it possible with another similar reference?

This feature is called "Powered-off protection" in the search function, e.g., TS5A21366, TS5A23166.

Hello Ger,

To add on to what Clemens said the TS5A23166 has power off protection and is p2p( with similar specs) with your original device for the VSSOP and DSBGA packages.

In addition the TS5A21366 has power off protection and is p2p ( with similar specs) for the VSSOP package.
