Selected via a DIP switch to ground or VCC. Just wanted to check, if this is a solution that should work.

Whether this will be an issue will depend on the frequency you're working with. When you cascade devices like this, you will see the effects of On-capacitance and On-Resistance from both muxes. The effects aren't so linear so it's hard to give an exact measure of the effects but I did actually run some tests on a separate device with a similar cascading setup and saw that I lost a little less than half the -3dB bandwidth when I cascaded 2 muxes. So I would say your 100MHz bandwidth of this devices may be closer to 60MHz.
What is the clock frequency here? Typically on square waves, you'll want to have 5-7 times the clock frequency as the bandwidth of the mux to account for the harmonic components of the square wave.

Nevermind. It's not even cascading. The first one is directly from USB and the other one behind the USB to UART controller.

Tested the circuit and the issue were related to other things I just misinterpreted.
