hi,

i would like to know is TMUX1072 can be support signals up to 400Mhz?

the BW but i am little concern regarding the Ron.

do you have designs example using this part for such freq?

Hello Haim,

The TMUX1072 can support signals up to 400MHz, its rated bandwidth is 1200MHz. The Ron shouldn't be an issue.

We don't have design examples but I can provide the frequency response of the device.

Hi Nir,

can you also advise why Ron resistance can go up to 18 ohms where typical value is 6 ohms, what influence this value?

it does not clear from the DS.

Hi Haim,

The Ron value can be influenced by the temperature of the device and the voltage input signal.

As the temperature of the device increases so is the Ron, Ron max is measured at the max operating temperature of the device.
