TMUX646: Ibis file

Hello David,

We do not have an IBIS model for the TMUX646 currently only a S-parameter model will that work? 

S-parameter models are more commonly used for high speed devices such as the TMUX646 since they provide more accurate results above ~1GHz.

You can simulate an IBIS model in whatever IBIS software they're using by using the following circuit, which should be a good representation when the switch is on:

Will this cover your model needs? If you need a more detailed IBIS model or a representational circuit when the switch is off please let us know.
