SN74AUC1G66: Charge injection of SN74AUC1G66

Hello,

I am currently using the TS5A1066 switch, however, I would need a little bit faster ton/toff time.

The SN74AUC1G66 is a good candidate as it has a ton/toff in the order of 0.5-2ns, depending on the capacitive load and voltage.

However, there is no mention in the datasheet about the charge injection. I expect the charge injection of the SN74AUC1G66 to be worse than TS5A1066. Could you indicate ballpark order of magnitude for this value?
