SN74CBTLV3126: IBIS model question -- no output setting on model

Hello expert,

customer set SN74CBTLV3126RGYR IBIS model but it seems like all the I/O pin is set to input, cannot be set to output. Do you have this problem before? Could we set I/O as output? Thanks a lot!

Hello Ann,

I'm not sure what software you're using to simulate, but the IBIS model does not have an defined output pin as it's just a passive switch, so the switch channels are neither inputs or outputs.

If there's a chance they're using hyperlynx, we had a similar post in the past on how to resolve this.
