SN74CBTLV3251: SN74CBTLV3251D

Hello,

To be 110% sure, can the SN74CBTLV3251 be used for 3V3 logic data transfer in both directions?
I.e. as an 8-input MUX from B[1..8] with A as an output?
And as a 1-input on A to 8-outputs on B[1..8]?
