I am assuming you meant the TS5MP645:

The main differences between the devices is the TS5MP645 has low Con and low Ron, while the TMUX646 has a higher bandwidth. When it comes to features the TS5MP645 is 1.8V compatible and the TMUX646 is 1.2V logic compatible.

1.can you share the longevity of both the components TS5MP645and TMUX646 
2, can you share any sample design where two MIPI CSI2 cameras are connected to single MIPI port of CPU
since they are differential lines , not seen PCIe or USB or HDMI signals connected directly between 2 transmitter and 1 CPU receiver on same port (like what we do for I2c signals where multiples transmitter are connected to single CPU)

the reference design shared does not show single port of CPU connected to MIPI cameras at the same line. 
the Document describes the power topology for the mux switch

as per my understanding MIPI CSI is point to point and not multidrop and henec would like to confirm my understanding.

1)In our application we would be using 3 lanes (1 clk+2 data), in that case what are the recommendations for the unused MIPI pins ?
2)X talk mentioned -40db is at what frequency for TMUX646
3)what would be cost for 1k and 10k qty 

Hi,

as per the eval board TMUX646EVM, each of the differential signals pair have 50ohm across and 50 ohms on each differential signal to ground.
1)as per my understanding the 50ohm to ground is only if the signal is not used, kindly confirm

2)is the 50ohm across each differential signal a must?

3)why do we have jumper for each signal to be connected to either VDD or Gnd?

as per our application we have 2 data lanes and 1 clk lane so the other data lanes shall be connected to gnd via 50ohm. as per attached image
