1. Could TMUX1511 transmit negative voltage? (When use single ended power supply)
2. When customer use 5V power supply , The channel generates a 7V pulse signal. Will this device be damaged?

1. The absolute maximum ratings do not allow this. Support for voltages beyond the positive and negative supplies are separate features, and the TMUX1511 supports only the first one. Only the TMUX2889 and TMUX4827 support both; they are optimized for audio signals. In general, you should use a negative supply if you want to handle negative signals.
2. The absolute maximum ratings allow only up to 6 V.
