The TMUX1511 works at up to 125 °C, but has not automotive qualification.

The only automotive 4-channel 1:1 switch is the CD74HCT4066-Q1, with different electrical characteristics. You could also use 2× SN74LVC2G66-Q1. What voltage and bandwidth do you need?

I suggest you use use 2× SN74LVC2G66-Q1.

This device has a bandwidth of 300 MHz, can support supply voltages ranging from 1.65 V to 5.5 V (VCC), and can pass any signals within VCC and 0.
