Part Number: SN74CB3T3245

We got the questions from our customer about SN74CB3T3245PWR thermal resistances values for Tc, θjc and θjb. Since there is no information in the datasheet(SCDS136C), could you reply each value and add such values in the datasheet?

    Hi Tahara,

    Sorry for the delay here. It looks like the team handling thermal model requests has quite a backlog and based on current completion rate I would give this about another week to get the data back.
