Do all parts from that supplier fail?

Clemens is correct here. The part on the left is Feb 2021 and the part on the right is June 2021. What's the failure mechanism you're experiencing?

Voltage drop pin #3 and #4 is high on the Failed Boards.

Resistance across pin #3 and #4 is around 400KΩ on the fail Components compared to 270kΩ on the components that are passing.

The resistance between pins 3 and 4 should be near 10 Ω when the switch is closed, and more than 5 MΩ when the switch is open. How exactly are you measuring this? Are you trying to measure in the circuit, with other components present?

What is the actual failure? Which of the limits guaranteed in the datasheet is exceeded?

As Clemens mentioned, the resistance reading is strange here. The device should have around a 10ohm typical Ron when the switch is closed and high impedance when the switch is open. Please share your methods for measuring resistance and the failure mechanism of the device if any help is needed here.
