TMUX2889: TMUX2889

Part Number: TMUX2889

Dear TI

I am seunghyeon Yun in charge of RF part.

I need a circuit configuration for a new device as below picture.

I need a positive/negative voltage to operate the load device like aa H-bridge.

Are there recommended parts when I configur the circuit as below picture.

<Request function>

1)positive/negative voltage
->Output voltage level (+3V~-3V)
2) 200~300mA @channl

  • Hello Yun,

    1, This device can support both the3v or -3v signal passing through it. However if you are passing a signal that has a voltage swing of 3v to -3v we need to make sure the frequency of that signal is (<20kHz) frequencies to make sure the signal doesn't not attenuate.

    What is the frequency of your input signal?

    2.This device should also be able to handle the current you mentioned based on this section of the datasheet.

    Please let me know what the frequency of your input signal is?

    Regards

  • Dear Kameron Hill

    I am Romualdo Yun in charge of HW part.

    Refer to below.

    1. What is the frequency of your input signal?

        A) Normally we plan to use DC signal.

            However if we need a PWM signal, PWM signal about 1KHz(under 20KHz) is used to our circuit.

    2.This device should also be able to handle the current you mentioned based on this section of the datasheet.

       A) The current specification is sufficient for our circuit.(Max 300mA@ Room temperature)

    Additionally

    Do you have an other product to recommend? Or can I just use this product?

    As you know, I need a positive/negative voltage to operate the load device(Blue color in Block diagram).

    I will wait your answer.

    Thanks.

    Romualdo

  • Hello Yun,

    Based of your responses to my questions, this device will work properly for your application !

    You can simply just use this device as it can operate on a single supply bust still pass positive and negative signals.

    Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards,

    Kameron
