TMUX2889: The characteristics for the input signal 125kHz/10Vpp sinusoidal wave

Can "TMUX2889" swith the input signal of 125kHz/10Vpp sinusoidal wave?

There are below description in the data sheet.
- Signal path input/output voltage is -5.5V min and +5V max.
- "–3 dB Bandwidth" is 72MHz typ.
Therefore, we think this device can swith the input signal of 125kHz/10Vpp sinusoidal wave.

Are our understanding right?

    So this device cannot support the 125kHz/10Vpp sinusoidal wave.

    For context please look at this e2e.

    Both the TMUX2889 and TMUX4827 both operate have similar internal architecture and this is the reason why both devices cannot support your requirements.

    1.One option for  your application is using the TMUX4827 but passing a  <10kHz/10Vpp sinusoidal wave signal. 

    2. Another option is using the  TMUX6236 in a dual supply to pass the  125kHz/10Vpp sinusoidal wave.

    Dear Kameron,

    Thanks for the quick response.
    There are no discription in datasheet of TMUX2889 about "Maximum signal swing" versus frequency, but TMUX48277's have them.
    We are considering that TMUX2889 is widely frequncy device.
    Unfortunately, we are searching swith device with "single supply" and "125kHz operation".
    Please, speak with design team about TMUX2889, again.
    What swing voltage can TMUX2889 allow in 125kHz?

    Helllo TOMOHIRO,

    So after speaking with design team again, they have informed me that we can actually expect to 2889 to have similar performance to 4827

    Looking at this graph remembering (the 2889 is only speced for signal ranging from (+/-5.5v)), we can safely say that this device can support a 0 to 2V( 1Vpp) signal at 125kHz.

    We will remember to update the 2889 datasheet in a future revision.
