CD4067B: Package Dimensions

Part Number: CD4067B

In the CD4067B datasheet (and in the J (R-GDIP-T**) mechanical drawing), there are Narrow and Wide dimensions given for the J package. The "C" dimension is different between the Narrow and Wide package. Does the CD4067B package have the Narrow of Wide J package dimensions?

    Hey Kevin,

    It's not very clear from the datasheet but lookin on the TI package page on TI.com I was able to find the 24 pin J package and it looks like the 13.4mm width was associated with it, so I would say it's the narrow

    Headsup though, the CDIP package (J) would only be available in the CD4067B-MIL which is the QML certified version of the catalog CD4067B so you may not see that specific package on the normal CD4067B page
