Hi, I would like to check if there are negative diodes attached to the NO pins on TS5A3359YZPR switches. I don't see them reflected on the datasheet but need some confirmation that they are present or not.
Thank you.

Hi Yu,
Thanks for reaching out here! You are correct that there are no negative diodes on the I/O pins. You can tell by using the abs max table in the datasheet - as most device will spec a max clamp current for when the ESD diodes began to conduct. On this device clamping currents spec only exist for the control input (I_IK) - the condition listed is when the input voltage is negative for the control pin. Implying there is no diode on the I/O's (NO pins).

Alex
Hi Clemens,
Thanks for this.
Yu,
Please disregard as there is indeed a diode on the NO pin as well as the COM pins. I was looking at only the IIK spec at the time.
