TMUX7436F: Leakage at 0V

Part Number: TMUX7436F

Hi team,

I have a customer with the below issue with the TMUX7436F, let me know what you think! Thanks in advance

"We currently have a TMUX7436F in the design to switch an input terminal between being a voltage input to the ADC and being a 4-20 mA current input.  The datasheet explicitly documents use of the part in a single supply application.

Figures 6-7 thru 6-10 imply that with a single supply configuration the mux continues to properly function with signals down to 0 volts.

Figure 6-13 is implying zero leakage current at room temperature.

Yet the device is sourcing 10 uA if the input is taken to zero.

What is the story here?  Have I encountered undocumented deficiencies / limitations in the part?"
