CD4097B: Package Dimensions

Part Number: CD4097B

In the CD4097B datasheet (and in the J (R-GDIP-T**) mechanical drawing), there are Narrow and Wide dimensions given for the J package. The "C" dimension is different between the Narrow and Wide package. Does the CD4097B package have the Narrow of Wide J package dimensions?

Hello Kameron,

Does this also include the statement, "CDIP package (J) would only be available in the CD4067B-MIL " ? So, would the J package for CD4097B only be available in the CD4097B-MIL?

Yes you are correct!

The J package for CD4097B only be available in the CD4097B-MIL.

I am confused, what is the full ordering PN? When I look at the page for CD4097BF, there are mentions of CD4097B-MIL. However, when you go to order the part, the only PN listed is CD4097BF, and it shows that CD4097BF has the J package.

CD4097BF is the actual ordering part number.
