Hi team,

ESD diodes are connected to input pins from GND and VCC in SN74LVC2G66-Q1. May I know the what the forward voltage(VF) of ESD diodes in SN74LVC2G66-Q1 is?

Are ESD diodes also connected to output pins from GND and VCC in SN74LVC2G66-Q1?

The digital inputs (C) do not have diodes to VCC. The analog I/Os (A/B) do have diodes.

The absolute maximum ratings forbid voltages of more than 0.5 V beyond the rails, so you can assume that the diodes turn on at a higher voltage. The IBIS model (which you can find on the web page of the non-Q1 SN74LVC2G66 device) has a more detailed description of the current-vs-voltage behaviour.
