I am working on a project where I need to know the switch S-Parameters, and approximate package inductance from The Common-mode pin to either of the Switch I/O pins. Can you please provide this information? I am looking for a switch with low package inductance and thought this would be a nice fit.

Hi Majed,

We don't have an s parameter model for this device at the moment. Common mode is not something we spec for our devices. Please reference this E2E for an explanation as to why this is.

understandable, can you give an approximation for the inductance between any of the I/O nodes and the common node? I need this information for simulation purposes

HI Majed,

We do not spec inductance between the I/O nodes and common node of our switches as they are a passive device, therefore having minimal effect on signal integrity. Typically, the focus is on parameters like Ron, Con and switching characteristics which directly impact signal integrity. We haven't seen a need from customers historically to model inductance between the I/O nodes and common node of the switch.
